Adorn your desktop with BRAVEheart Wallpaper!

Follow These Simple Steps! Step 1:Choose the Size to download (A new window will pop up. Procede with Step 2 on the image within that window) • 640 x 480 • 800 x 600 • 1024 x 768 Step 2: Follow the directions according to your browser/OS. • Internet Explorer - Right-click and choose Set as background. • Netscape - Right click and choose Save image. Then open up your control panel • Macintosh - Click and hold your mouse over the image and choose Save This Image As. Open the JPG in an image-viewing program and choose select all. Then choose copy from the edit menu. Next go under the apple menu and select Control Panels, then Desktop Patterns. Go under the Edit menu and select Paste. Click the Set Desktop Pattern button, and the wallpaper will appear on your desktop.

Here at BRAVEheart Teen Initiative, we strive to "get the word out" about sexual purity. One way we achieve this is by playing abstinence-centered radio advertisements on our local radio stations. Contrary to the negative messages telling kids, "Everybody's doing it" BRAVEheart sends the message that "You're not the only one not doing it."

You can listen to these radio ads on your computer. They are *.mp3 files, so you must have an mp3 player such as Winamp, or Windows Media Player, to listen.

It's easy to assign a BRAVEheart Buddy Icon™ (see example) to yourself or to buddies in AOL Instant Messenger. Just follow these steps:

To assign a Buddy Icon™ to yourself: Click the icon's image. When you're online, your icon will appear in the lower-left corner of your buddies' Instant Messenger™ windows. To assign a Buddy Icon™ to a buddy: Right-click the icon and save it to your PC. Then, in your Buddy List® window, select "People" and "Select Buddy Icon™". Click your buddy's screen name, and find your saved icon using the "Browse PC" button. Your buddy's new icon will appear in the lower-left corner of your Instant Messenger™ window.

BRAVEheart MSN/Windows Messenger Backgrounds

Just like AIM above, MSN/Windows Messenger can be customized in different ways. You can change your background image (see example) and show your support for BRAVEheart! Follow these steps: First, go to C:\Program Files\Messenger (or the directory you installed Messenger into). Create a new folder and name it "default" or some other name to identify it. Drag the file named "lvback.gif" into the folder you created in the previous step. Come back to this page and right-click the desired background from the choices below. Choose "Save Picture As..." and save it into C:\Program Files\Messenger. If Messenger is open, you must close the program and reopen it in order for the new image to show.
